This Healthy Lebanese fruit cocktail is not your typical fruit cocktail. The main fruits In this delicious cocktail is strawberries, kiwi, mangoes, and bananas filled with two different smoothies strawberry and mango then topped with areesha, ricotta cheese, pistachio’s and honey.


Ingredients:

For the strawberry smoothie:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, halved

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoons honey

  • 1 medium-sized ripe bananas

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. If it’s too thick add water to get the desired consistency.

For the mango smoothie:

  • 2 cups frozen mangos

  • 1 cup milk or water

  • 1 tablespoons honey

  • 1 medium-sized ripe bananas

For the fruits

  • bananas, sliced

  • mangos peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks

  • kiwis, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks

  • strawberries cut into 1 inch chunks

For the topping

  • areesha

  • honey

  • crushed pistachios

Directions:

  • Wash and prep all the fruit. Cut the strawberries, mangoes, kiwis,

  • First off, prepare the smoothie:

  • Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Place in the refrigerator while preparing cups.

  • Prepare cocktail glasses, fill each cocktail cup halfway with fruits in layers. Pour mango smoothie first half way then follow with the remaining fruit until the glasses are filled in layers. Pour the second strawberry smoothie over the fruits to the top.

  • Spoon a tablespoon of areesha (curdled cream) on top of each glass.

  • Garnish with pistachios and Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

You can definitely use any fruits or juice you would like for this recipe.
