This Veggie Chow Mein Noodles will likely become one of your go to dinner recipes because it’s so easy to make yet it tastes so delicious! There’s two cool things about this recipe, first it can be done in just 30 minutes and second you can literally add any veggies you want to it!

Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded cabbages

  • Y&Y 3 Minute Chow Mein 454g

  • 2 cups carrots matches, or shredded

  • 1 cup chopped Chinese broccoli

  • 4 green onions , sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic , minced

  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts

  • 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil


Chow Mein Sauce


  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger

  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon light brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch


Instructions


  • Prepare noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

  • In a small bowl whisk the sauce ingredients together: soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  • Heat a large pan or wok on high heat. Add oil, cabbage, and broccoli stir fry for just 1-2 minutes, then add carrot sticks, green onion to it and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.

  • Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  • Add the pasta and sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Add fresh bean sprouts, mix it all up and Serve immediately.
