These Air fryer Pumpkin Donuts are just minutes away and taste amazing! Moist, fluffy, and covered with a delicious glaze.
1 cup warm milk (slightly warm)
4 cups of all purpose flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp yeast
6 tbsp melted butter
1/3 pumpkin purée
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice or 3/4 teaspoon cinnamonplus heaping 1/4 teaspoon each nutmeg and ginger.
½ tsp. of salt
1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
¼ cup condensed milk
¼ cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp cinnamon
In large bowl pour in milk, sugar and yeast. Whisk gently and then let sit for 5 minutes or until yeast starts to foam.
Add eggs, butter, pumpkin spice , salt. Gently mix together and then add in two cups of flour. Mix until in becomes a wet batter and then add in remaining two cups of flour. Mix and then knead with mixer or hands for 10 minutes until you form the dough.
Spray a large bowl with oil and place dough inside. Spray another light coat of oil on top of the dough and cover. Place in warm area and let sit for at least 2-3 hours. The dough will rise and double in size
Sprinkle ur clean surface with flour and knead dough again for another 5-6 minutes.
Roll the dough and cut out donuts. Let sit for another 30 minutes for the donuts to rise again. Spray both sides with oil and air fry at 200 Degrees for 7 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes and then dip donuts in glaze while still warm to the touch. Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
