Shrimp Bruschetta Pasta

Bruschetta Shrimp Pasta is fresh, light and filled with flavour. It’s an easy weeknight dinner full of fresh tomatoes, basil, angel hair pasta, garlic, onions, olive oil and shrimp.  Simple and ready in under 30 minutes!


4 medium size Roma tomatoes (chopped)

1 onion (chopped)

4 garlic cloves (minced)

1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped)

20-25 medium size shrimp (peeled)

8oz Angel hair pasta (half a package)

2 tablespoon tomato paste 

3 tablespoons olive

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper


1. Boil some water and cook a half of a box of angel hair pasta according to the package directions. Drain the pasta and set aside 

2. While the pasta is cooking, In a medium size skillet sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until fragrant. 

3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 mins until pink. 

4. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and seasoning, toss it until it’s combined, then add the pasta and toss until it’s well coated. You can add a little more olive oil if the pasta seems a little dry.

5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
