No bake tarts are the best for hot summer days. No oven needed, the best part, you make it ahead of time, and its actually better the day after. Simple ingredients that you mix in a bowl, easy crust recipe, they're yummy, creamy, and delicious.




No Bake Key Lime Tart is an easy dessert that is perfect for the summer.


Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 Cups graham crackers crumbs.

  • 1/4 cup graduated sugar.

  • 6 tablespoons butter softened.

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut.

Filling:

2 pacakges cream cheese, softened.

1 can sweetened condensed milk.

1/3 cup key lime juice.

1 teaspoon lime zest.

2 packages cream cheese, softened.


Instructions


  • Mix graham crackers, butter, graduated sugar, and shredded coconut; press firmly onto bottom of the pan, and side of the pan using your fingers. Refrigerate while preparing filling

  • in a bowl of a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime zest until combined and no lumps remains.

Tip: if you want the filling to be soft and prevent lumps, the best way is to soften cream cheese by leaving in room temperature for an hour or put it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
