Dutch Pancake is a delicious puffy pancake that you bake in the oven!

This easy breakfast recipe os so simple to make and requires just 5 minutes to prep. Perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch. Dutch Pancake is a delicious puffy pancake that you bake in the oven!




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1tsp vanilla

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2-3 tbsp Biscoff spread

  • 2-3 biscoff cookies (crushed)


instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

  • Whisk together the milk, flour, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Really froth this mixture up! The more frothy, the puffier the pancake will be.

  • In a large cast iron, melt the 4 tbsp of butter over medium heat until it is bubbly, and tilt the pan until the butter coast the whole pan. let it cook for about 1 minute, without stirring!

  • Then place the skillet into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, pancake is done when it’s puffed at the edges and golden.

  • Once the pancake is done serve immediately (while it’s puffed up).

  • Drizzle warm biscoff spread on top of the pancake.

  • You can also dust of powdered sugar and fresh berries on top, it will be so gooey and delicious.
