This double chocolate banana bread is seriously on of the best you're ever going to try. its moist and chocolaty
1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour.
1/3 vegetable oil
1 Cup sugar
1 1/4 Cup smashed ripe bananas
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 Cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 Tablespoon baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F..
Spray loaf pan with non stick spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla, and mashed banana's for about two minutes until well combined.
Fold in semi chocolate chips, pour mixture into the loaf pan., then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined. (careful not to over mix).
Fold in semi chocolate chips, pour mixture into the greased loaf pan.
Bake for 55-65 minutes until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let cool for at least 30 mins before serving.
This double chocolate banana bread freezes well.
