Double Chocolate Banana Bread

This double chocolate banana bread is seriously on of the best you're ever going to try. its moist and chocolaty




Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour.

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 vegetable oil

  • 1 Cup sugar

  • 1 1/4 Cup smashed ripe bananas

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened baking cocoa

  • 1 Tablespoon baking soda

  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt

  • 1 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips.


Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F..

  • Spray loaf pan with non stick spray and set aside.

  • In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla, and mashed banana's for about two minutes until well combined.

  • Fold in semi chocolate chips, pour mixture into the loaf pan., then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined. (careful not to over mix).

  • Fold in semi chocolate chips, pour mixture into the greased loaf pan.

  • Bake for 55-65 minutes until a knife inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.

  • Let cool for at least 30 mins before serving.

  • This double chocolate banana bread freezes well.
