Dates energy balls

No Bake Dates Energy Balls are delicious, and healthy snack on the go, Make them in bulk and freeze. These date balls will give a boost when you feeling low on energy.




Ingredients:

  • 3 cups soft dates pitted

  • 1 cup crunchy oats

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1/2 cup crushed almonds

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/4 unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips



Directions:

  • Mix them all ingredients together in a medium size bowl until well combined.

  • Roll them into small balls. (about 1 inch) place into an airtight container and keep refrigerator.
