Creamy Chicken Lasagna

This White Chicken Lasagna with spinach, ricotta cheese and gooey mozzarella cheese is one of our favorites, its comforting, satasfying and full of flavours. I've been making this recipe for years.


Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine1 1/2 cup the shredded mozzarella cheese and rest of the ingredients.

  • 2 Cups cooked chicken (chopped)

  • 2 Cans Cream of mushrooms

  • 1 bag of fresh spinach (chopped)

  • 1 tub Ricotta cheese 456g

  • 1Egg

  • 1Cup milk

  • 3 Cups mozzarella cheese (divided in half)

  • 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions


Uncover, top with cheese and bake 20-30 minutes mozzarella cheese and rest of the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease 13x9 baking pan.

layer 4 noodles in the bottom of the pan, then add chicken mixture and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

In a large bowl, combine1 1/2 cup the shredded mozzarella cheese and rest of the ingredients. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.

Let lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
