Chicken Pad Thai



This amazing pad Thai recipe is easy and delicious and you can make it in 30 mins, it starts with fresh ingredients including chicken, red peppers, cilantro, bean sprouts and scrambled eggs tossed in a delicious homemade Pad Thai sauce that is so good.



Ingredients:

1 pack rice sticks (454)g

1 lb chicken breast (cut into strips)

Push all ingredients to the side of the pan, add eggs then scramble and breaking them into small pieces with a spoon as they cook.

2 cup match sticks carrots

1 red pepper sliced

4 green onions

4 garlic cloves

1/3 cup cilantro

4 eggs

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 cup unsalted peanuts




Direction:

Cook noodles according to package instructions, just until tender. rinse under cold water. set aside.

Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large sauce pan or a wok over medium heat.

Add chicken strips, cook until just cooked through about 3-4 minutes, then add carrots cook for another minute.

add red peppers, green onions, grated garlic and bean sprouts cook for 1-2 minutes.

Push all ingredients to the side of the pan, add eggs then scrambleand breaking them into small pieces with a spoon as they cook.

Add noodles and sauce to the pan, toss everything to combine.
